As of yesterday, all of my LiveJournal entries have been made private. For most people who view my LJ, this won't affect you. Almost all of my posts are 'Friends Only', so as long as you are a friend, you can still read my LJ.  If this is the only post you see, then you are not a friend on LJ and need to contact me to be listed.
